Safe Travels to France! (Sunday, July 26)

Your adventure to France is right around the corner, and we can’t wait to share this unforgettable journey with you! As you get ready to sip, savor, and explore the country, here are a few key reminders to ensure your adventure begins smoothly:

• Be sure to bring your passport; you cannot travel without it!
• For any flight hiccups, the BTC team is just a call away at (800) 346-1315.
• Arrive at the airport at least three hours before takeoff to breeze through check-in and security without stress.
• Make sure your luggage is checked no later than 60 minutes before departure, so it boards the plane with you.
• After landing, you will be greeted in the arrival hall, after baggage claim and customs, with EPC signage.
• If you are arriving by train, meet travel staff with EPC signage in front of Fnac Boutique.
• Your transfer to the InterContinental Lyon – Hotel Dieu is about 35 minutes from Lyon Airport, or 15 minutes from Lyon Part-Dieu train station.
• Upon arrival at the hotel, head to the Front Desk to check in. Rooms will be ready by 3 pm although every effort will be made to have them available earlier. You will be asked to provide credit card information for your incidentals.
• The afternoon is yours! Unwind, explore the area, or simply soak in the French vibe before the group Welcome Dinner.
• Join us at our Welcome Dinner, beginning at 7 pm at Café Terroir, a short 0.4-mile walk. Attire: Smart Casual.
