Saturday, August 1 – Daily Update

Welcome to Tournon! Today’s excursion takes you on a lovely morning guided walking tour. See the cruise director to sign up or explore the ancient city at your leisure. Be back on the ship prior to lunch as we set sail for Viviers.

Dinner is at your leisure this evening. You may also dine in Viviers, but the ship will depart for Avignon at 7 pm.

Reminders for Sunday, August 2:

• Start your morning at your own pace with breakfast at the Panorama Dining Room. Room service is also available.
• The ship will be docked in Avignon. If you wish to sign up for an excursion and have not done so already, connect with the cruise director.
• The Panorama Lounge will host an optional afternoon tea at 4 pm and happy hour at 6 pm.
• Dinner is at your leisure. The Panorama Dining Room is open from 7-9 pm. Less formal options are available from the Panorama Bistro or through room service.

Fact of the day: Tournon has been an important cultural and educational center since the Renaissance and is home to one of France's oldest secondary schools, founded in the 16th century.
